Tom Webster

Tom Webster has a diverse work experience spanning multiple sectors. Tom most recently worked at Harris Federation as the Estates & Commercial Director, overseeing commercial and compliance responsibilities. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Floreat Education and as a Non-Executive Director at Avanti Schools Trust. Tom also held positions at the Education and Skills Funding Agency, Capita Real Estate and Infrastructure, and Partnerships for Schools, where they played roles in the development and delivery of free schools. Tom's earlier experience includes working at Coventry City Council, RSM Robson Rhodes, and PricewaterhouseCoopers in various finance and consulting roles.

Tom Webster completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Commerce at the University of Birmingham from 1997 to 2000. Following that, they pursued further education at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, specializing in Accountancy, where they obtained a Fellowship Chartered Accountant (FCA) from 2000 to 2003.
