Gary L. Marsh

Gary L. Marsh is currently the Associate Admin for Learning & Talent Management at Harris Health System. Gary has over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources.

Gary started their career at APR Consulting in January 2012 as the Vice President for Business Service Delivery. In this role, they were responsible for leading all talent acquisition and client service delivery activity for the company. Gary managed teams in Diamond Bar, CA, Irvine, CA, Dallas, TX, and Atlanta, GA, with a focus on recruitment, on-boarding, and deployment of resources throughout the high-tech and aerospace sector. Gary also oversaw organizational development efforts for all onshore staff and led training and staff development efforts of offshore support teams based in Manila, Philippines.

In January 2014, Gary left APR Consulting to join Orion Health as the Manager for Talent Acquisition - North America. In this role, they oversaw all North American talent acquisition for the New Zealand based HIE Software company. Gary led teams in Santa Monica, CA, Scottsdale, AZ, and Boston, MA, with a reach throughout the US and Canada. Gary's core team focuses were in administration, technical/software implementation, sales/business development, and clinical areas.

Gary L. Marsh has an Executive MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas, a J.D. from Tulane University Law School, and a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from Howard University. Gary also has a certification in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from GoLeanSixSigma.com and a certification in SHRM-SCP from SHRM.
