Glorimar Medina M.D.

Glorimar Medina MD, MBA, FACHE currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Hospital Campuses and Executive Vice President of both Ben Taub General Hospital and Ambulatory Care Services at Harris Health System since May 2018. With a distinguished career at UTHealth Houston Medical Center that began in August 2007, Glorimar Medina holds positions as an Anesthesiologist and Assistant Professor, serving as Medical Director of the Ambulatory Surgical Center and LBJ Specialty Clinics. Between 2014 and May 2018, Glorimar Medina fulfilled the role of Medical Director at the Ambulatory Surgical Center and Specialty Clinics at McGovern Medical School, overseeing significant operational and clinical responsibilities. Additional involvement includes serving on the Board of Trustees at Affiliated Medical Services from 2017 to 2018. Glorimar Medina's educational background includes an MBA from Texas Woman's University and an MD from Ponce Health Sciences University, complemented by an Anesthesiology degree from McGovern Medical School.
