Keith Manis

Keith Manis has extensive experience in Human Resources, specializing in talent management and acquisition. From December 2014 to March 2025, Keith served as Sr. Vice President of HR Strategy & Talent Management at Harris Health, overseeing the development and execution of a comprehensive multi-year people strategy. Previously, as Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Total Rewards, Keith led vision and strategy to enhance organizational performance. Earlier in their career, Keith held roles such as Director of Talent Acquisition Programs at Harris Health and Operations Manager at TPI Staffing, Inc., managing employee relations and recruitment processes. Keith also worked as a Staffing Manager at Robert Half International. Keith earned a BBA in Marketing/Management from Tarleton State University and is currently pursuing an MBA in Organizational Management from Eastern University.
