Micah Rodriguez

Micah Rodriguez currently serves as Vice President of Public Policy & Government Relations at Harris Health System, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Micah held the title of General Counsel at Blackridge - Government Relations from August 2014 to October 2023, where responsibilities included lobbying Texas legislators, guiding legislation, and coordinating legislative activities. Micah's extensive experience in the Texas Senate includes serving as a Senior Policy Analyst for Senator Carlos Uresti, Executive Director of the Texas Senate Hispanic Caucus, and Legislative Aide for Senator John Whitmire, covering various committees and managing legislation in health, education, and other areas. Micah's educational background includes a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and a B.A. in Philosophy and Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
