Miguel Gonzalez

Miguel Gonzalez is an experienced professional in the field of human resources information systems and workforce analytics. Currently serving as the Administrative Director of HRIS Workforce Analytics at Harris Health System since June 2006, Miguel has also held the position of HRIS Director within the same organization. Prior to this role, Miguel worked as an HR Business Analyst at Waste Management from June 2001 to June 2006 and began a career at JPMorgan Chase from 1998 to 2001 as a Business Analyst. Miguel holds a degree from Texas Tech University.
