Ruth Russell

Ruth Russell, MBA, LSSBB, serves as the Administrative Director of Business Operations & External Affairs at Harris Health System since October 2020, overseeing a diverse range of initiatives including Care Transitions & Integration with over 400 FTEs. Prior experience includes roles such as Manager of Strategic Initiatives at The University of Texas Medical Branch and various positions at Clear Creek ISD, where responsibilities spanned from financial analysis to educational leadership. Ruth has also contributed to the finance sector as a Senior Portfolio Manager and Equity Analyst at Cougar Investment Fund, L.L.C. Ruth holds a BBA in Accounting from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston's C.T. Bauer College of Business.
