Tiffany Trejo

Tiffany Trejo, BHA, CDIP, CPC, CCS, currently serves as the Lead Coding Reimbursement Coordinator and Revenue Cycle Quality Initiatives Coordinator at Harris Health System, a position held since February 2017. In this role, Tiffany enforces standards for health record documentation and clinician queries while coordinating workflow processes to enhance physician documentation accuracy. Previous experience includes roles as an Outpatient Coder II and I, where Tiffany demonstrated advanced knowledge in medical coding and contributed to the development of query policies. Before joining Harris Health System, Tiffany worked as a Coding Auditor at Mile High Psychiatry, performed as a Page Operator, and gained administrative experience at Progressive Medicine Associates.
