Scott Cool has extensive experience in case management and program monitoring, currently serving as a Case Manager at Criminal Justice Ministry since January 2020 and as a Program Monitor at Harris House Foundation since November 2019. Prior roles include positions at Name Brand Clothing as a Keyholder, and various roles in the food service industry, including General Manager at Smashburger and Manager at Noodles & Company. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and ongoing studies in Human Services and Addiction Studies at St. Louis Community College.

Harris House offers five treatment programs to help alcoholic and chemically dependent persons achieve sobriety. They also provide training in employment skills, anger and stress management, depression and anxiety, as well as treatment for alcohol and drug problems.
