Shannon Johnson

Shannon Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Shannon began their career as a Dairy Herd Manager at Cedar Knolls Farm in 1994 and later transitioned to a Front Office Assistant role at Wild Mountain Recreation in 1996. In 2000, they joined St. Croix Regional Medical Center as a Charge Master Coordinator, where they were responsible for overseeing changes to the Charge Master and ensuring compliance with third party payers. In 2011, Shannon joined QSI | NextGen Healthcare, where they held various roles, including Implementation Specialist - Financials and Financial Application Specialist, involving tasks such as troubleshooting software issues, conducting user training sessions, and coordinating with other departments for system integration. Currently, Shannon serves as the Director of Client Support and Professional Services at Harris Novum, overseeing customer support and managing professional service offerings.

Shannon Johnson attended Chisago Lakes High School from 1995 to 1999 and obtained a High School Diploma. From 1999 to 2001, they pursued General Studies and Business Administration at Anoka Ramsey Community College.
