Aric Harp

Aric Harp is a Mechanical Engineer currently employed at Vinylmax Windows since June 2024. Previously, Aric held various engineering roles at Lincoln Electric from June 2023 to June 2024, including Quality Project Engineer, Product Engineer, and Process Engineer. Prior experience includes working as a Committee Clerk for Hawaiian Affairs at The Hawai'i State Senate in early 2022 and again in early 2021. Aric also worked as a Carpenter at The Garage Guy from May 2017 to January 2022 and completed a Design Engineering Internship at Coyle SWPPP Professionals in summer 2021. Additionally, Aric served as a Makerspace Facilitator at the University of Dayton School of Engineering in late 2020. Aric holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton, completed in May 2023, and graduated from Goshen High School in 2019.
