Phil Evans

Phil Evans is an experienced project manager currently at Harris Pye Group since May 2004, specializing in major offshore units repair projects. Previously, Phil held the position of technical director at Rayco Engineering from September 1987 to May 2004, overseeing all technical issues and new contracts.
