Heather Wilkes has extensive experience in the healthcare and service industries, currently serving as a Certified Pharmacy Technician at Harris Regional Hospital since January 2009 and previously holding the position of Registrar in the Hospital Emergency Room. Prior to this, Heather worked as a Ticket Agent for Great Smoky Mountains Railroad from June 2003 to August 2008. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Southwestern Community College (2019-2022), an Associate of Science in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from Southwestern Community College (2007-2009), and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Western Carolina University (2003-2007). Additionally, Heather has pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at Western Carolina University.
