William Perry

William Perry is an accomplished legal professional specializing in international trade and customs law. Currently serving as the International Trade Partner at Harris Bricken since May 2016, William leads the International Trade and Customs Practice. Prior experience includes a partnership at Dorsey & Whitney LLP from April 2010 to April 2016, where William also headed the International Trade and Customs Practice. William's extensive background encompasses a decade at Garvey Schubert Barer as a partner focused on international trade, and earlier roles as a Legal Advisor and Investigator at the US Commerce Department and as an Attorney Advisor at the US International Trade Commission. William holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from Ohio University.
