Jenne Griffin

Jenne Griffin's work experience spans over several years and includes a wide range of roles and responsibilities.

Starting in 1998, Jenne worked at GE, where they held various positions, including Director of Master Black Belt, Marketing, Sales, and Operations IT Solutions Leader. In this role, they were responsible for implementing technology solutions for the Marketing, Sales, and Operations functions. Jenne also served as a Black Belt, Licensing and Commissions IT Program Manager, where they oversaw the consolidation of licensing and commissions platforms.

From 2006 to 2009, Jenne worked at Genworth Financial as the Director of Talent Development & Training for the Global IT Organization. In this position, they were in charge of recruiting, developing, and retaining technology associates globally. Jenne also designed and implemented the Technology Leadership course.

Following their tenure at Genworth Financial, Jenne joined Common Impact as the Chief Operating Officer & Regional Director. In this role, they led operations and IT, overseeing the design, development, and implementation of people, processes, and technologies. Jenne also played a key role in business development and relationship management.

In 2012, Jenne founded JG Solutions LLC/Sigma Consulting Group, where they served as Principal. Jenne'sprimary focus was on helping clients enhance their bottom-line performance through strategic assessments, process and technology design, marketing program implementation, and organizational training. One of their notable clients during this time was Harris Williams & Co.

In the same year, Jenne also worked as an Adjunct Professor of Strategic Management at Virginia Commonwealth University.

Most recently, Jenne served as the Chief Information Officer at Harris Williams, a position they held from 2018. In this role, they utilized their extensive experience to build and lead technology and operations teams and develop ground-to-cloud technology strategies. Jenne also played a key role in workplace strategy leadership and execution.

Jenne Griffin completed their undergraduate education at Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business from 1994 to 1998. After a gap of a few years, they pursued their postgraduate studies at Virginia Commonwealth University - School of Business. From 2003 to 2006, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business.
