Michael P. Kim

Michael P. Kim is a seasoned investment banking professional with extensive experience in technology and enterprise software sectors. Currently serving as Group Head of Technology Investment Banking at Harris Williams since September 2023, Michael specializes in M&A and capital advisory for leading enterprise software companies. Previously, as Managing Director and Head of Software Investment Banking at LionTree LLC, Michael focused on M&A advisory and principal investing within the enterprise software domain. Michael also held prominent roles at Piper Jaffray, Stone Key Partners LLC, Bear Stearns, Lehman Brothers, and Morgan Stanley, where responsibilities included managing global technology investment banking teams and advising Fortune 500 companies on M&A and capital raising initiatives. Michael is an alumnus of Williams College.
