Melissa (Missy) Staudinger is currently the Associate General Counsel at Harris, where they deliver methodical risk assessments and legal representation in complex corporate and construction environments. With a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, commercial litigation, and contract negotiation, they have previously served as Corporate Counsel at Wells and Associate Corporate Counsel at Fabcon Precast. Missy also has experience as an attorney at Lord + Heinlein and Dorsey & Whitney LLP, as well as a law clerk at the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office. They serve as a Board Member for the Chicago Avenue Fire Arts Center and have contributed as an editor for the International Review of Law at Qatar University. Missy is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
