Spencer Morgenthau

Spencer Morgenthau serves as Vice President of the National Group at Harris, a prominent mechanical contractor specializing in comprehensive building systems, since October 2019. Prior to this role, Spencer held the position of Director of Business Development at Southland Industries, the largest privately held MEP Design Build Maintain contractor in the U.S., from February 2014 to October 2019. Additionally, Spencer contributed to the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, as Vice Chairman of the Environmental Advisory Commission from May 2014 to April 2017. Earlier experience includes roles at ABM Industries, focused on integrated facility services, and McKinstry as an Account Executive for energy performance contracting. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Virginia Wesleyan University and has also attended the University of Oxford.
