Jill Weeks

Jill Weeks has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jill is currently the Director of People Operations at Harris Associates since December 2022. Before joining Harris Associates, Jill held various roles at Balyasny Asset Management L.P., including Director of Human Resources from January 2021 to December 2022, Director of HR Business Solutions and Technology from November 2018 to January 2021, Manager of HR Information Systems from April 2016 to November 2018, and Senior HRIS Associate from December 2015 to April 2016. Prior to their time at Balyasny Asset Management L.P., they worked as a Corporate Solutions Associate at Guggenheim Partners from April 2012 to December 2015. Jill also has experience as a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting LLP from July 2008 to April 2012, and as a Finance Intern at General Motors Corporation in 2007.

Jill Weeks attended Troy High School from 2000 to 2004. Jill then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance at Michigan State University from 2004 to 2008.
