Rajib N. has a solid work experience in the technology field. Rajib started their career at Bank of America in 2003 as a Technologist and worked there for 10 years. In 2013, they joined CIT as a VP (Global Vendor Finance) Technology. After working with CIT for a year, they moved on to Harris Associates in 2014. At Harris Associates, they held various roles including Technology Program Manager, Head of Front and Middle Office Technology, and currently, Head of Data Analytics.

Rajib N. has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Chicago. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering and Economics from Northwestern University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Rajib has also obtained certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance, as well as a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Bank of America.
