Jeremy Kuhar has extensive experience in education and lab management, currently serving as a Lab Instructor and Chemical Hygiene Officer at Gettysburg College since August 2005. In this role, Jeremy oversees lab management, supervises student workers, teaches general and organic chemistry labs, and is responsible for chemical and lab safety training as well as hazardous waste management. Since January 2014, Jeremy has also been an Adjunct Professor at HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, teaching courses in introductory environmental science and biology with lab components. Prior experience includes a year as a Biology Teacher at Pleasant Valley School District, where teaching centered on independent materials and custom-designed educational resources. Academically, Jeremy holds a Master of Science in Biology with a focus on Ecology and Cell Biology from Shippensburg University, an Associate's Degree in Viticulture and Enology from HACC, a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Bloomsburg University, and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Environmental Science from Gettysburg College.
