Joe Trojcak is the owner of Progressive Enterprises Sound Studios since April 1985, where self-employment has been a fulfilling endeavor. In addition to this role, Joe serves as an adjunct professor at HACC, teaching courses on Music Business and The Internet during the fall and Music and Computer Applications in the spring, while also hosting student labs at Progressive Studios. At Lebanon Valley College, Joe teaches Recording Technology I. Joe's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and an Associate's degree in Business and Music from HACC.

Harrisburg Area Community College-Harrisburg is the first and largest of Pennsylvania’s 15 community colleges. HACC offers approximately 100 careers and transfer associate degree, certificate, and diploma programs to approximately 17,000 students. Also, the College serves students at its Gettysburg, Harrisburg, Lancaster, Lebanon, and York campuses; through virtual learning; and workforce development, and continuing education training.
