Evan Sherman

Evan Sherman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Evan started their career at Wade Center as a Relational/Worksite Coordinator, where they were responsible for project planning and implementation, team management, and community development. Evan then transitioned to Bluefield University, where they held roles as a Resident Advisor and Residence Hall Director, demonstrating their leadership and interpersonal skills in managing student residents and enforcing rules.

Evan then joined GEICO, initially as a Liability and Personal Injury Claims Adjuster before taking on the role of Claims Adjuster Coach. In these positions, they investigated claims, analyzed documentation, and provided assistance to customers involved in accidents. Evan later became a Claims Examiner, handling more complex liability and bodily injury claims.

In 2014, Evan took on a new challenge at Bluefield University as the Director of Traditional Admissions. Here, they led the development and implementation of a strategic recruitment plan, collaborating with various stakeholders to enroll students in the university's academic programs.
