Julia Evans

Julia Evans currently serves as a substitute violinist for multiple orchestras, including the Illinois Philharmonic Orchestra, Chicago Sinfonietta, Rockford Symphony Orchestra, Elgin Symphony Orchestra, Harrisburg Symphony Orchestra, York Symphony Orchestra, and American Composers Orchestra. In addition to orchestral work, Julia Evans is a dedicated violin and viola teacher at both Northside Music Academy and the Christopher Laughlin School, teaching students of all ages and levels. Julia Evans holds a Master of Arts in Violin Performance from New York University and has a background in music education from Mannes College of Music and Lycée Français de New York.
