Andrea is the owner of AD Leadership Consulting GmbH, where they support organizations in selecting and developing leaders and top teams using state-of-the-art tools and techniques. Their expertise lies in strengthening management effectiveness at all levels and promoting creativity, effectiveness, and performance. Additionally, Andrea worked as a Solution Partner at Harrison Assessments Int'l and as a Business Director at Reforce International, where they focused on helping customers achieve financial results and become more business agile and proactive. Andrea also has experience as a freelancer and consultant for companies like Hay Group, Towers Perrin Germany, Top Team Partner, and Pepsi Cola Germany. Andrea's career is characterized by their commitment to driving organizational success and supporting leaders in reaching their goals.

Andrea Danner has a strong educational background in executive coaching and business administration. Andrea attended New York University from 1999 to 2000 and obtained a degree in Adult Career Development, specializing in Executive Coaching. During this time, their focus of study was on developing the skills necessary for coaching individuals in the business world.

Prior to their time at New York University, Andrea attended the University of Regensburg from 1984 to 1989. Andrea earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in HR and Finance. This program provided their with a comprehensive understanding of the business world, emphasizing the areas of human resources and finance.

In addition to their formal education, Andrea has obtained certifications in various coaching and assessment methods. In 2009, they became a Harrison Assessments Expert and also achieved certifications in MBTI, Profiling Values, and ProReal Virtual Coaching. These certifications were obtained through their role as Managing Partner Germany and Distributor for Harrison Assessments.
