Charlie Lang has extensive work experience dating back to 1991. Charlie began their career at Koenig & Bauer MetalPrint as a Regional Sales Engineer, where they were responsible for selling drying ovens and metal printing & coating machines in various regions. In 1995, they joined Scheidt & Bachmann as an Export Sales Manager, overseeing all exports of access control systems. In 1997, Lang moved to Mahr as the Director of International Sales, helping to establish subsidiaries in multiple countries. From 2001 to 2003, they served as the Regional CEO Asia-Pacific at Mahr before founding their own company, Progress-U, in 2002. At Progress-U, Lang held various roles, including Founder, CEO Coach & Chief Content Architect, and Managing Partner. Additionally, they partnered with Harrison Assessments Int'l as a Managing Partner, integrating their assessments into coaching and leadership development programs. Charlie Lang has a diverse education history, spanning across different fields of study. In 1986, they pursued a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Ravensburg-Weingarten University of Applied Sciences, which they completed in 1990. Following this, from 1990 to 1991, they obtained a Post-Graduate Degree in International Marketing from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1. In 2002, Charlie attended Corporate Coach U and earned a Graduate degree in Corporate Coaching. Lastly, in 2010 and 2011, they enrolled in the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC) and achieved a Certified Business Coach (CBC) degree in Business Coaching.
