Ganga Harvey has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Ganga started their career in 1998 at Motorola, where they served as Director of Performance Excellence and later as Manager of the Continuous Improvement Center. During their time at Motorola, they focused on improving organizational performance nationally and globally, implementing initiatives such as Six Sigma and benchmarking.
