Jonathan Reitz, MCC, ACTC

Jonathan Reitz, MCC, ACTC, is an accomplished coaching professional with extensive experience in training and leadership roles. Since November 2008, Jonathan has served as the Director of Training and CEO at CoachNet FLUXIFY, focusing on the development of coaches dedicated to client growth. Currently, Jonathan holds the position of Director of Education at the Weatherhead School of Management, where efforts include aligning program standards with International Coaching Federation standards for accreditation. As CEO and Founder of Working Coach Labs since August 2024, Jonathan leads a coaching community and hosts the "Working Coach Podcast." Additional roles include Co-Founder of Team Coaching Global Alliance, Coach Augmentation Advisor for Ovida, and Managing Partner at Harrison Assessments International, emphasizing talent development solutions. Jonathan has previously held leadership positions at RPI System Coach, Inc. and The Leader Shed LLC, as well as directed coaching initiatives for the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.
