Jennifer Chase Toscano has a strong background in education and special education support services. Jennifer began their career as a Special Education Teacher at NYC Department of Education - PS 20 M - Anna Silver School in September 2003 and held this position until June 2007. From July 2007 to August 2008, they served as an Aspiring Principal at the same school. From September 2008 to July 2015, Jennifer worked as an Assistant Principal at NYC Department of Education - PS 20 M - Anna Silver School. In July 2015, they transitioned to the Harrison Central School District where they held the position of Supervisor of Elementary Special Education until June 2022. From July 2022 to June 2023, Jennifer served as the Interim Director of Special Education and Support Services at Harrison Central School District. Jennifer is currently working as the Director of Special Education and Support Services at the same company.

Jennifer Chase Toscano completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Management and Marketing at Manhattanville College from 1998 to 2001. Jennifer then pursued a Master of Science degree in Education with a focus on Elementary and Special Education at Mercy College from 2003 to 2005. Following that, they obtained a School Building Leader Certification for NYS through the NYC Leadership Academy/Baruch College from 2007 to 2008. Finally, they completed their education history by earning a Master of Science degree in Education with a concentration in Educational Leadership and Administration at Baruch College from 2011 to 2012.
