Giancarlo Botazzi

Giancarlo Botazzi is currently the Discipline Lead & Senior Structural Engineer at Harrison French & Associates. Prior to this, they were with Green International Affiliates, Inc. from February 2011 to March 2017 where they were the Group Leader - Building Structural Engineering. Giancarlo has also been with Jacobs Global Buildings from January 2008 to April 2010 as the Structural Engineering Discipline Director, and prior to that they were owner of Giancarlo Botazzi, Structural Engineer from April 2010 to February 2011. Giancarlo started their career in structural engineering at Maurice A. Reidy Engineers in March 1987 as a Structural Designer before moving on to Jacobs Carter Burgess (formerly Sumner Schein Architects and Engineers) in December 1993 where they became the Structural Discipline Leader.

Giancarlo Botazzi has a MSE in Structural Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, a BSCE in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University, and an AET in Architectural Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
