William Mitches

William Mitches is a seasoned lawyer with extensive expertise in business law and commercial transactions. Currently serving at HARRISON PENSA™ since May 2016, William assists individuals, professionals, companies, and corporate owners with a range of legal matters, including incorporations, corporate restructurings, commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, and business acquisitions and sales. Prior to this role, William practiced at Chinneck Law Professional Corporation from 2006 until May 2016 and holds an LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario, where studies were completed from 2003 to 2006, along with a B.A. Honors in Economics from Western University, earned from 1999 to 2003.
