Brendan Anderson

Brendan Anderson is a seasoned professional in investor services, currently serving as a Senior Associate at Harrison Street since September 2025. Previously, Brendan held various roles at Hines from March 2022 to September 2025, including Associate and Senior Analyst within Sales Enablement & Project Management. Prior to that, Brendan worked as an Underwriting Analyst at Ready Capital in 2020-2021, following the acquisition of Red Stone Tax Exempt Funding. Brendan's experience also includes positions as a Sales Coordinator and Summer Analyst at Related Companies in 2020 and 2018-2019, respectively. Brendan earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate & Finance from Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management in 2019, and graduated with an Advanced Regents Diploma from Harborfields High School in 2016.
