Paul Harrity

Paul Harrity is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in patent law and technology. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Harrity & Harrity, LLP since September 1999, Paul specializes in patent preparation and prosecution before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Additionally, Paul co-founded Patentprufer.com in May 2017, an innovative tool for examiner analytics in patent prosecution. Prior roles include Student Associate and Associate at Finnegan Henderson from August 1995 to August 1999 and Patent Examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office from August 1991 to August 1995, where Paul focused on computer architecture and database technology applications. Earlier in their career, Paul worked as an engineer at General Dynamics. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University and a Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School.
