Francesca Moruzzi is a Lead Talent Partner at Harrods, where they focus on partnering with Harrods Concessions. Previously, Francesca served as a Talent Advisor and Team Leader for Talent Acquisition at Metro Bank, where they drove strategic recruitment initiatives. Their experience also includes roles as a Talent Acquisition Specialist with Randstad UK and an Apprenticeship Recruitment Resourcer at QA Apprenticeships. Francesca began their career as a Sales Assistant at John Lewis and holds a Business Level 3 NVQ from QA Apprenticeships, along with 11 GCSEs and 3 A Levels from Trinity Catholic High School.
