Franz Wan

Franz Wan serves as the Head of Harrods Department Store (Shanghai) Co. Ltd since March 2024, overseeing business strategy and operations with full P&L responsibilities at the first Harrods affiliate outside London. Prior experience includes a tenure as Director at PwC Reimagine Park and PwC Partners' Club, where strategic consulting services were provided, and management of a groundbreaking project was led. Previous roles also encompass Head of Asia Office at Potel et Chabot, where overall operations in Asia were supervised, and Prestige Cluster Head of Retail Operation and Customer Service at Swatch Group, managing multiple luxury brands. Franz has an Executive Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis and holds Bachelor's degrees from the University of Utah and Shanghai Normal University.
