Harold Cutting is an experienced hospitality professional specializing in food and beverage services. Currently serving as Chef De Rang at Harrods since January 2023, Harold's previous roles include Head Waiter at The Dorchester from June 2021 to January 2023, where contributions were made at The Grill with Tom Booton, Dorchester Rooftop, and Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester, a 3 Michelin star restaurant. Harold also spent time at the Royal Enclosure at Ascot and worked at Coworth Park's 1 Michelin star Restaurant Woven by Adam Smith. Prior experience includes Food and Beverage Team Leader at Rockliffe Hall Hotel, Golf & Spa Resort, and various roles at The Mowden Pub, starting as a kitchen porter and eventually transitioning to front of house. Harold holds an NVQ 3 in Culinary Arts & Hospitality from Darlington College, completed in 2018.
