Ivy Fu is a seasoned professional in client relationship management and sales within the luxury retail sector. Currently serving as Client Relationship Manager for Private Shopping at Harrods since May 2024, Ivy has previously held key positions, including Head of Sales at Avant Arte, where Ivy built the sales function from the ground up. Additionally, Ivy worked as a Customer Engagement Consultant at Selfridges, focusing on digital personal shopping services for Greater China and the Middle East. Other notable roles include Director of VIP at Secoo, Senior Private Client Manager for Greater China & Asia at FARFETCH, and Personal Shopper at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP. Ivy began a career in retail marketing as a Retail Marketing Coordinator for DFS Group Limited and started in the media sector as a Reporter for InMagazine.
