Pav Basi is an experienced professional in data management and operations, currently serving as the Online Concessions Assistant Manager and Concession Data Administrator at Harrods since February 2020. In this role, Pav is responsible for the daily technical operations of the Concession Data Management programme for Harrods Concession Partner products. Prior to this, Pav contributed to Harrods' digital transformation as a Merchandise Data Cleanser from June to October 2019 and supported the Automated Meter Reader rollout project as an Industry Operations Analyst at Ørsted from April to December 2018.
