Vicky James

Vicky James is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in governance, risk management, and organizational change. Currently serving as HR Governance Manager at Harrods since September 2021, Vicky previously held key positions at Virgin Money, including HR Governance, Risk and Capability Assurance Manager, where a focus was placed on embedding risk management within the HR function, and HR Service Centre Manager, overseeing a new shared service model. Vicky's prior experience includes roles as Interim HR Business Partner at Northern Rock, Head of HR in the Heating Division at Eaga, and Employee Relations Manager at Garlands Call Centres. Vicky's educational credentials include an MSc in Organisational Change and a BA (Hons) in HRM from Teesside University, along with an International Certificate of Risk Management.
