Cathy Yan Li

Cathy Yan Li is a highly experienced education leader currently serving as the Chinese Principal at Harrow International School Haikou and Harrow Innovation Leadership Academy Haikou since September 2019. Previously, Cathy was an MBA Candidate at Hult International Business School, where Cathy won the Best Presentation prize in the Hult Business Challenge. From August 2016 to April 2018, Cathy held the position of School Business Manager at Yew Wah International Education School of Beijing, successfully establishing a new international school. Prior to that, Cathy served as General Manager at Yew Chung Education Consultancy Company, playing a key role in designing a bicultural school for Chinese students. Other notable positions include Deputy Head of Corporate HR for Schools in China at Yew Chung Educational Foundation and General Manager for School Operations at Yew Chung International School of Beijing. Cathy holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from Hult International Business School and a Master of Business Administration from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
