Jingjing Wang possesses extensive experience in operations management and quality assurance across various roles in education and technology. Currently serving as the Saturday School Liaison and Coordination Manager at Harrow International School Beijing, Jingjing Wang has successfully overseen the development strategy and enrollment processes, significantly increasing student enrollment. Concurrently, as an Operations Support Manager at Microsoft since 2012, Jingjing Wang has driven the optimization of the SD Lumia engine platform and contributed to continuous improvement initiatives. Jingjing Wang's tenure at Nokia, starting in 2006, includes pivotal roles as Field Feedback Manager and Care Project Manager, focusing on product quality management and after-sales service enhancements. Jingjing Wang holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Bath.
