Saruta Sitchaichana is an experienced Human Resources professional with a solid background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Harrow International School Bangkok since June 2022, Saruta previously held the same position at W Bangkok from May 2019 to June 2022, after progressing through roles as Assistant Human Resources Manager. Prior experience includes positions at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts from January 2016 to April 2019 as Assistant Human Resources Manager and HR Specialist, as well as a Management Trainee role in Human Resources at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. from September 2014 to March 2015. Saruta holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Chulalongkorn University, completed in 2013.
