Brett Burrell

Brett Burrell currently serves as the Vice President of Legal at Harrow since October 2023. Prior to this role, Brett held the position of Chief Compliance Officer at Haven Behavioral Healthcare from February 2020 to September 2023, overseeing compliance programs for acute care behavioral hospitals and managing privacy responsibilities. Brett also served as Chief Compliance Officer at SpecialtyCare from March 2015 to January 2020, ensuring compliance for a leading provider of perfusion and intraoperative neuromonitoring services. Earlier experience includes the role of Compliance Officer at Aegis Sciences Corporation, where Brett established compliance programs for a toxicology laboratory, and extensive positions at Pfizer, progressing through various compliance and legal roles over nearly a decade. Brett’s early career included work as an Associate Attorney at London & Amburn, PC, and as an Internal Auditor at Genesco. Educational qualifications include a JD from The University of Memphis—Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, an MBA from the University of Mississippi, and a degree in Accounting from Tennessee Technological University.
