John Solter

John Solter is currently employed as an Organizational Operations Development Manager at Harrow, where John has been working since October 2023. Prior to this role, John served as a Special Operations Officer at the U.S. Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) from January 2019 to October 2023, and as an Infantry Officer at the 1st Marine Division from October 2015 to January 2019.

John has also interned at the U.S. House of Representatives, worked as an Ocean Lifeguard at Brevard County Fire & Rescue, and completed various educational programs, including earning a Master's in Business Administration from Grand Canyon University.
