Darcie Hubber has accumulated extensive experience in the hospitality and entertainment industries, with roles spanning from 2000 to the present. Current positions include serving at Harry Caray's Restaurant Group and bartending at both the Auditoriom theatre and The Weather Mark Tavern. Previous experience encompasses server roles at The Edge of Town and Wolfgang Puck Pizzeria and Cucina, as well as banquet serving at 230 5th Ave in New York City. Additionally, involvement in performance arts includes participation in productions such as "I Love a Piano" and at Mac-Haydn Theatre. Darcie also contributed musically as a singer and performer for young children at Kidville. Educational credentials include a wedding planning course at QC International Wedding Planning and a high school diploma from Crystal Lake Central High School.

Since 1987, Harry Caray's Restaurant Group (HCRG), led by Grant DePorter, has proven to be one of Chicago's most dynamic and successful restaurant management companies.
