Currently serving as General Manager at Harry Caray's Restaurant Group since June 2023, Graciela previously held the role of Entrepreneur at Chelabella INC from November 2020 to February 2023 and was General Manager at Francesca's Restaurant Group from December 2019 to November 2020. Graciela's earlier experience includes positions as Assistant General Manager at Harry Caray's Restaurant Group (June 2012 - November 2019) and Director of Operations/GM at America's Historic Roundhouse (1997 - June 2011), where responsibilities encompassed overseeing various departments including brewery, entertainment, banquets, and catering. Graciela holds an Associate of Science in Business/Hospitality Management from Waubonsee Community College, completed in 2012.

Since 1987, Harry Caray's Restaurant Group (HCRG), led by Grant DePorter, has proven to be one of Chicago's most dynamic and successful restaurant management companies.
