Graciela Tovar

Graciela Tovar is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in restaurant management and operations. Currently serving as General Manager at Harry Caray's Restaurant Group since June 2023, Graciela previously held the role of Entrepreneur at Chelabella INC from November 2020 to February 2023 and was General Manager at Francesca's Restaurant Group from December 2019 to November 2020. Graciela's earlier experience includes positions as Assistant General Manager at Harry Caray's Restaurant Group (June 2012 - November 2019) and Director of Operations/GM at America's Historic Roundhouse (1997 - June 2011), where responsibilities encompassed overseeing various departments including brewery, entertainment, banquets, and catering. Graciela holds an Associate of Science in Business/Hospitality Management from Waubonsee Community College, completed in 2012.
