Michael Kirkpatrick currently serves as a Site Safety Manager at Harry Pepper & Associates, where responsibilities include developing safety campaigns, training personnel, and evaluating worker exposures to potential hazards. Previously, Michael held the position of Safety Manager at The Shaw Group, managing safety programs and ensuring OSHA compliance for a large workforce. Experience also includes serving as a Fire Inspector in Taji, Iraq, where building inspection processes were implemented, as well as ten years as a Public Safety Officer with the City of Corpus Christi overseeing various emergency services. Michael began a career in fire protection with the United States Air Force as a Fire Instructor, contributing significantly to safety innovations. Michael holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Instructor Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
