Vanessa Marko serves as the Senior Director of Ecommerce at Harry Rosen since August 2021, after previously holding the position of Director of Ecommerce and Sr. Manager of Ecommerce Business Development within the same company. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Marketing and Business Development at The September, where Vanessa focused on developing new business channels and executing marketing strategies. At Holt Renfrew, Vanessa's roles included Director of Elite Client Relations, where strategies were implemented for customer retention and loyalty, along with various marketing management positions that involved leading retail marketing initiatives across multiple categories. Vanessa holds a Certificate in Big Data Analytics from York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Communications from Ryerson University.
