Fadi Ghalayini

Fadi Ghalayini has extensive experience in the luxury watch industry. Fadi currently holds the position of Member of the Extended Group Management Board at Swatch Group, a role they started in September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Global Vice President of Sales at Harry Winston since 2013. From 2012 to 2013, Fadi worked as Country Management Support at Swatch Group in India. Fadi held various positions at Swatch Group from 2003 to 2011, including Vice President of Sales at Tiffany Watch Co. LTD and Regional Brand Manager for Blancpain, Longines, and Rado. Fadi began their career in 2000 at Chalhoub Group, where they served as a Senior Commercial Executive and Division Manager for luxury brands such as Chanel, Fred, S.T.Dupont, and Bell&Ross.

Fadi Ghalayini holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Lebanese American University. Prior to their MBA, they completed their undergraduate education at Lebanese American University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business.
