Irina started their career in 2011 as a Retail Manager at Abiraame Jewellers, where they gained extensive knowledge in managing retail operations. In 2016, they joined Tiffany & Co. as a Retail Marketing Manager, where they focused on marketing diamond rings for special occasions. Most recently, Irina worked as a Sales Director at Harry Winston, showcasing their expertise in jewelry design and sales. Overall, Irina's work experience demonstrates their passion for the artistic and creative aspects of the jewelry industry.

Irina Slyusa graduated from Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design (KNUTD) in 2010. Irina earned a degree in Jewelry Design Industry during their time at the university.
